much better, but unfortunately, it felt neglected and poorly managed. The rooms were subpar, lacking even basic amenities like air conditioning, and the owner did not seem to care about guest comfort. Overall, a disappointing experience.

This hotel was a great match for a concise stay in Luz-Saint-Sauveur with very good value for money. The architecture is nice and well situated by the river, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Just be prepared for some cleanliness issues in the room upon arrival.

Great for an active getaway

I enjoyed the spacious room and the fine view of the mountains right outside the window. The restaurant was a highlight. I still think about that homemade hamburger I had, amazing.

the staff were excellent, suggesting great local dining spots nearby and the hotel is just a short walk from the beautiful chateau de Sainte-Marie and relaxing parks along the riverbank, making it easy to explore the area on foot.

We had a nice stay with great mountain views and a cozy atmosphere! The remodeled room was warm, and the food was pleasant, especially the home-made burger we enjoyed.
